O2 needed to respond to its market more rapidly than it was able to with nearly all of its 50+ websites residing with external agencies. 02 started a process of business transformation with a brand new upgrade portal built in-house.
I delivered a complete suit of design work for O2’s upgrade centre. It was critical that the designs enabled O2 to do business quickly and efficiently with its 20 million customers. Working in an AGILE team I supplied production ready designs in bit-size pieces that could be easily digested into the daily sprints.
Working with Brand Guardians, Lambie Nairn, I created a comprehensive set of flexible brand guidelines for O2’s digital presence.
